Kicking Off This Weekend with Bellator 277

This week Bellator MMA announced that they would be returning to the Mohegan Sun Arena for Bellator 282. This is their go-to location on the East Coast and they did some limited capacity last time they were there, and tickets just went on sale today so, it’s a nice sign that we’re getting back to normal.
Why am I writing about it?
Well, if you have been following my work you know when most MMA promotions come to my neck of the woods I try to cover them on site. Especially when it’s Bellator.
COVID-19 was declared a pandemic on March 11, of 2020. Two days before that I was at there press conference in New York City, by that Thursday the event and everything they announced was cancelled and I was fighting on the phone canceling things as I was booked to be there.
